Grands-Chênes Residence in Céligny

The municipality of Céligny, in collaboration with architectural firm Bunq SA (Nyon), winner of the architectural competition, has developed the Grands-Chênes project: a mixed residential scheme comprising rental housing (HM and LUP-HM) and condominiums (PPE).

Composition

• Two PPE buildings (Buildings B and C, total 24 units)
• One HM building (Building D, 12 units)
• One LUP-HM building (Building A, 16 units)

Neighbourhood Design

New neighbourhood connected to Route des Coudres via a passage through an oak hedge, respecting the village's heritage character and integrating harmoniously with its architecture. Walls continuing the façades define courtyards for each building. Central pedestrian circulation, commercial esplanade, park and gardens extending the existing meadow.

Apartments

From 3 to 6 rooms, arranged over four levels including penthouse. Views over rural setting and/or lake. Dual- or triple-aspect, each fitted with one or two generously proportioned loggias; large terraces for penthouses, gardens for ground-floor units.
